Twilight Struggle lets you play online against a friend or offline against the AI. The AI is challenging for newcomers and great to learn against.

It includes a tutorial that teaches you both how to play the game and how to use the digital version’s interface. The interface does a good job of putting a lot of information in front of you or within a click or two.

The digital game also includes Chinese Civil War and Late War variants. And lets you include the optional cards found in the 3rd Edition of the board game.

There is ambient music and sound effects that play and trigger as events occur. But if they annoy you, you can easily turn them off.
